Are Chicago Brick Oven Pizza Ovens Field Convertible?

Technically yes, they are. Natural gas and propane conversion kits are available from the manufacturer (they are quite expensive though).

Practically speaking, it can be incredibly difficult to perform a field conversion on a pizza oven that has already been installed.

So with that said, we highly recommend that you double check the gas configuration field on your order before you make your purchase.
